Adding Crossbars to a 2007 Ford Freestyle to Mount SportRack Explorer Cargo Box
Question:
My 2007 ford freestyle has a roof rack, but has no cross bars. Is there an adapter that I can use or is there another way I could mount this up there ?

Yes, you can add crossbars to the existing side rails on your 2007 Ford Freestyle. You will need Thule Evo raised rail feet, # TH710401, which will attach to the rails. Then, you can install Thule SquareBars, # TH712400.
With this system installed, you will be able to mount the SportRack Explorer Cargo Box to the roof.
