I have the prefect way that will allow you to easily load and unload your gogo scooter on and off your 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. In order to do this, you will need both a trailer hitch receiver and a cargo carrier.
For a trailer hitch receiver compatible with your vehicle, I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98865 if you do not already have one. This trailer hitch comes with everything needed for installation in addition to requiring minimal effort to install.
In order to stow your gogo scooter onto the trailer hitch receiver, you will want a cargo carrier that has a built in ramp. For this, I recommend using the 30x50 Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier w/ 48" Ramp part # FHG77ZR as it is made of a lightweight aluminum which will allow you to have an easy time moving it and installing it. As long as your scooter is not more than 50" long and 30" wide at it's base this carrier shouldl work for you.
To secure the carrier to your hitch receiver, I also recommend using the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches part # 63232 as this hitch pin has both locking and anti-rattler features. I have attached a review for each of these products for you.
