Is Securing E-Tracks to Beams 16 inches Apart in Trailer Strong Enough
Question:
Strapping motorcycles down in an enclosed trailer. I want to run the e trac perpendicular to trailer beams. They are16inch apart. So I would run screws into them at 16 inches a part and then maybe 3 screws into the wood between each metal support. Is this enough anchor points so as to be strong enough to strap multiple motorcycles down to the trac? Thank you.

Yes, the E-Tracks like the part # EM19147 can be installed like you described. Having them attached to beams at 16 inches apart like you mentioned would be adequate to support the weight of securing your motorcycles.
