Nissan Murano 2003. Can you tell me which wire colorI need to connect to on the brake light switch on the brake peddle? Thanks

Finding the correct wire on the brake switch to connect the red wire from a brake controller can be cumbersome. It is different on every vehicle and the best way to find it is to test the wires using a circuit tester like # PTW2993.
Using a circuit tester, like the Quickee Circuit Tester, # 3808, test each wire until you find the one that has a signal ONLY when the brake pedal is pressed. That is the wire you need to connect to the red wire of the brake controller on your 2003 Nissan Murano. If the wire shows a signal at any other time (like when the turn signal is on or the running lights are on) it is not the correct wire.
