The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 is an excellent brake controller and compatibility between vehicles is extremely easy.
For your 2005 Ford F-150, you can use the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers # 3035-P. This connects to the factory plug underneath the dash, near the center console. I've attached a video to assist. For your 2014 Ford Explorer, you will use this same harness and the brake controller port will be located by the steering column.
For your 2010 Ford E450 Chassis, you will need the wiring adapter # 3034-P if you have a factory 7 way. This adapter plugs into the connector behind your vehicle's dashboard. To reach the connector, first locate the notch in the access panel in the center of the dash, near the passenger side.
If you do not have a factory 7 way, then if you will need the Brake Controller Installation Kit # ETBC7. This will allow you to hardwire the brake controller if you don't have a factory 4-way, and the output wire only if you have the factory 4 way when using the wiring harness.
