I do have a solution for you, however the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13362 referenced in your question is not designed to fit your 2006 Chrysler Pacifica.

I instead recommend looking at the Curt Trailer Hitch # 13529. This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will provide a 2 inch receiver opening with a gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 pounds. No drilling will be required for installation. Keep in mind that the exhaust and spare tire will need to be temporarily lowered. I have attached the installation details that you can look through.

If you are planning on doing any towing and your Pacifica does not already have a factory 7-Way connector installed, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55530. This harness is custom fit for your vehicle and will plug directly into the ports behind the driver and passenger side tail lights to provide a 4-way connector at the rear of the Pacifica.
