The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HLY84FR bike rack for electric bikes cannot have one of the add-on Hollywood Racks bike racks, like # HR1475Z, installed to make the rack able to carry 4 bikes.

The best option for you to carry 4 bikes on your 2012 Honda Odyssey van would be to use a roof mounted bike rack along with your hitch mounted rack that you already have for your hitch.

If your van already has a roof rack with crossbars, then I recommend the Malone Pilot TC ST Roof Bike Rack, # MPG2103. The Malone bike rack uses universal mounting brackets that will mount to round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars. The Malone Pilot bike rack can carry 1 bike up to 50 lbs with wheels measuring for 20-29 inches and up to 5 inches wide.

If you needed a roof rack, then for a naked roof on your 2012 Odyssey, no rail at all on roof, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Roof Rack, # RB1375B-2 crossbars, # RRRLT600 Quick Mount Legs, and # RRRTV128 Rivet Mount Track Kit.
