Best Suspension Enhancements For A 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD

We do carry a variety of suspension enhancements such as air bags for your 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD but all of which are designed to reduce vehicle sag and aid the wear life of current suspension components. None of our suspension enhancements are designed to increase the towing capacity of your vehicle. According to Nada Guides, the max towing capacity of your truck is 10,500 lbs. Therefore, I cannot recommend you use this vehicle for towing a 15,500 lb. 5th wheel trailer.
Should you decide to use this vehicle anyway, you would need serious suspension enhancements to prevent sagging and increase suspension wear life. For this, I recommend the use of both sway and stability control enhancements.
For anti sway benefits, I recommend using the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1109-167 as this sway bar is designed to balance weight transfer and decrease body roll. For increased stability and reduced vehicle sag, I recommend using the SuperCoils Custom Suspension Coils part # SSC-12 for the front and the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs part # F2700 for the rear. The Supercoils will drastically reduce the extended wear on the front end of your truck whereas the Air Springs will do the same for the rear.
I have attached a review video of the Air Springs for you.
