Swagman Platform Bike Rack Part # S64663 for 2010 Toyota Rav4

Question:

Will this bike rack fit on my 2010 Rav4 with 2 inch hitch receiver? I want to make sure there is enough clearance by my spare tire.

According to my research, once a Draw-Tite or Hidden Hitch class III receiver is installed on that vehicle there will be a 7 inch distance from the hitch pin hole in the receiver to the furthest rearward point of the spare tire.

I would recommend measuring your clearance to confirm this. Have a helper lean a 2 x 4 or straight piece of lumber flush against the rear of the spare tire. Then measure from the hitch pin hole in the receiver to the 2 x 4.

Since the Swagman Rack you referenced, part # S64663 has a shank that measures 10-1/2 inches from the hitch pin hole to the closest portion of the rack, it should provide plenty of clearance from your spare tire (assuming that you have the 7 inches of clearance).
