Is the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension A35RS545 Compatible with Hydraulic Disc Brakes
Question:
can you use hydraulic disc brakes with A35RS545

Expert Reply:
Yes, you most certainly can use hydraulic disc brakes with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Hubs # A35RS545.
This Timbren system already has a brake mounting flange installed on it so if you already have your trailer setup with disc brakes that install on a 4 bolt brake mounting flange, like the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2R35D, then you will be good to go.
Otherwise you can use a disc brake kit that uses the common surge actuator, like the Titan Disc Brake Kit # T4843300, or for a better system you can use the Titan Disc Brake Kit # T4843800 which uses an Electric-Over-Hydraulic (EOH) configuration. For the EOH system you will also need a brake controller like the Prodigy P3 # 90195 as well as a fully functioning 7-Way on both your trailer and tow vehicle.
If your trailer or tow vehicle do not have the 7-Way just let me know and I can make some recommendations for you.
I have also attached some review/installation videos and helpful articles on brakes for you to review.
