For the 3,500 pound axles on your trailer, I recommend the etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-35-SA. These self-adjusting brakes do not require periodic manual adjustment like standard alternatives and these are designed to work on 3,500 pound axles. These are 10 inch x 2-1/4 inch brake assemblies that will use a 4 bolt mounting flange pattern. As long as the brake flanges on your axle use this 4 bolt pattern, these brakes will work great. Both the left and right side assemblies are included in the kit.

I have not heard of a 10 inch x 2 inch electric brake assembly. If you are able to give me the manufacturer of your axle or the brakes that you currently have mounted, I will be happy to look into this further to confirm that the above assemblies will work.
