There are going to be a few parts required for you to convert your trailer from a surge system to use an electric over hydraulic actuator. The first thing, obviously, will be the actuator itself; I recommend going with the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes, # HBA16, which is the most popular option we have due to it's reputation for being reliable.
You are also going to need a brake controller that is compatible with an electric over hydraulic actuator, if you do not already have one, and the Prodigy P3, # 90195, is a great option. A 7-way connector such as the Pollak, # PK12706, is also going to be necessary as well in order to transmit the brake controller's signal.
To complete the conversion, you will need a breakaway kit to apply your trailer's brakes should it happen to become uncoupled, and the Tekonsha Push to Test, # 50-85-313, comes equipped with an integrated charger and smart adjust to optimize the life of it's battery.
I have included links to video reviews and installs of these products which you may find helpful.
