If you have a 7-way trailer connector at the rear of your vehicle then you may have the factory harness to use part # 3035-P. You can look for the factory plug that is located underneath and to the left of the steering column.
If you have a 4-way connector at the back of your vehicle you will need part # 3035-P, and you will also need part # 37185. In addition you will need additional brake wire # 10-1-1 to manually run the brake wire from the brake controller to the 7-way. You may also need to run a hot lead wire from the battery if needed. You can use # 12-1-1 for that.
If you do not have a trailer connector you will need part # 20127 along with the Activator # 5504. You will need to install a 4-way trailer connector like part # 118551. This plugs into your vehicle wiring harness behind the driver and passenger side. You will need to run a hot lead wire to the positive battery post. Then you will need part # ETBC7. You will need to run the additional wires as shown in the attached drawing.
