Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2017 Honda CR-V

I have a 2017 Honda CRV EX. Does the hitch for this come with a 11/4 inch receiver? Also to confirm, I will not need to drill the holes wider to get the plate into the frame? 76128

A 2 inch opening is going to provide many more options for hitch-mounted accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers when compared to a 1-1/4 inch opening.
