I can help you out. First, when you remove your hub assemblies, check your spindles to make sure there isn't any odd grooving or scratches based on your bearing failure. If there are bad scratches or even minor grooves, you will want to replace your spindles. Chances are they are fine and you can measure the spindles to see what bearings you need.
To measure your spindles you will need a caliper like the 4" Carbon Fiber Digital Caliper # PTW80157 because the measurements need to be extremely precise. You will need to measure where the inner bearing and the outer bearings sit as well as where the grease or oil seal sits. I've attached a photo to help.
The brake assemblies are a little easier to measure for replacement. You can simply take a tape measure and see if they are 10 inches or 12 inches in diameter, then check to see if the mounting pattern is 4 bolts or 5 bolts. You can use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA or the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA based on that measurement.
