The Thinline LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - Submersible - 9 Diodes - Red Lens # STL59RB can be wired for Tail, Brake, Turn. You will connect the 3 wires of this light to the following functions: White wire for ground, Black wire for tail light (normally brown wire on trailers but you'll need to test for running light function), and Red wire for turn signal and stop function which are typically run on the same wire for trailers but a different color for the drivers side versus the passenger side. Some trailers use 3 wires separating out the stop and turn wires and use the mounting hardware for ground, so if this is the case, you will need to combine the stop and turn wires to the red wire of the light and then attach the white wire from the light to the trailer frame to create a ground. You can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to determine functions.
I've attached a wiring article to assist.
