Will Bulldog Winch Universal Mounting Plate Attach to Bulldog Stubby Bumper Without Drilling
Question:
I just bought your tj stubby front bumper,,my question is my winch plate does not fit with out drilling the bumper,is your plate the same BDW20291

I spoke with my contact at Bulldog regarding the Bulldog Stubby Front Bumper # BDW21000 on your 1997 Jeep TJ. He stated that the Bulldog Winch Universal Mounting Plate # BDW20291 referenced in your question will also require some drilling for it to be mounted on this bumper.
He stated that the Bulldog Winch Mounting Plate Kit # BDW20009 will be the better option for a no-drill application. It will need to be trimmed a bit to fit around the light bar, but you should not need to drill any new holes into the bumper.
