Will the Draw-Tite Class II Trailer Hitch # 36407 Fit on a 2009 Impala LTZ with Dual Exhaust
Question:
Will the trailer hitches listed for the 2009 Impala also work for the LTZ model which has dual exhaust? Is it a lot more time and trouble for installation?

Expert Reply:
Yes, the Draw-Tite Class II Trailer Hitch, item # 36407, is designed to work with the dual exhaust models. There is not a lot more time, or trouble, required for installation on dual exhaust models. The only difference is that you have to lower the drivers side exhaust as well as the passengers side.
We have an installation video on a 2007 model that has the dual exhaust for you to review, see link. I have also included a link to the installation instructions for you to review.
