Can I put it on the back of an older conversion van. A 1999 econli 8 cylinder. Van with the Mark Iii

The Yakima Swinging Enclosed Cargo Carrier for # Y62VR can be used on your 1999 Ford Econoline van if the van has a 2" inch (Class III or higher) trailer hitch receiver.
If your van does not have a hitch # 75703 is a popular option. This is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver so the Yakima will work with it.
