Just to confirm, I would not remove my factory hitch to install this Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2 Item # C14016 hitch correct? Thanks

For your the 2017 Ford F-150 with a factory hitch the Curt hitch part # C26HR is a confirmed fit and does require you to leave the factory hitch installed.
