7-Way Trailer Connector With 12V Battery To Trailer Compatible With 2017 Nissan Armada
Question:
Does this also provide 12 volt battery to the trailer? Will this Vehicle End Trailer Connector work on my 2017 Armada? Thanks

Expert Reply:
The Factory Style 7-Way and 4-Way Flat Vehicle End Trailer Connector # N40975, will provide the 12V battery to the trailer through the 7-Way connection side only. The connector will work on your 2017 Armada, but you most likely do not need the relays as I believe they come in the more recent models although I can't confirm that. If you want the connector without the relays, I recommend the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket - Vehicle End # HM40975
