I can't confirm for sure that the Speedway will fit a 2013 Toyota Camry since it's a discontinued product and wasn't tested on one. I contacted Thule and they had the same answer.
However, it does have a similar fit to the Thule Passage # TH910XT which is confirmed to fit your Camry. So it's very likely the Speedway will work for you.
You have a valid concern about possibly damaging your vehicle with a trunk mount rack. They're best for short trips or occasional use. If you're going to be carrying bikes for long trips or on a regular basis I strong encourage adding a trailer hitch receiver to the Camry and getting a hitch mounted rack.
If you decide to go with a hitch mount rack the hitch I recommend is the Draw-Tite # 36540. This is designed to fit your Camry and I've attached an install video for you. It's a Class II hitch so you'll need a bike rack to fit.
Then for the bike rack you might like the Thule Camber # TH9058. It'll fit the Class II hitch and hold two bikes up to 37-1/2 pounds each. It also folds down to make it easier to access the trunk of your Camry without having to take the rack off the car.
