Helpful Expert Reply:
For your Pacific Ridge Komfort 24RK a-frame travel trailer the Bulldog Powered-Drive Trailer Jack # BD500187, which is rated for 3500-lbs, is an excellent choice for a replacement powered tongue jack. This will bolt up to the standard mount on your a-frame using the hardware supplied with the jack.
To make a solid ground connection at the round mounting flange you may want to sand off the paint from both the bottom of the jack plate and the mating surface on the trailer frame. This bare-metal-to-bare-metal contact will ensure a good ground to allow full power to reach the jack motor. You can apply dielectric grease like # 11755 in between those mounting surfaces to prevent entry of moisture and dirt that could over tie cause a loss of your electrical ground.
