What kind of kit would I need to put in a fifth wheel hitch for a 2015 Ford F-150 5 1/2 ft box . And what kind of hitch can I use

For a truck with a bed shorter than 6 feet the fifth wheel hitch options are a bit limited as that's not a lot of room to work with for coming up with a way for the trailer to be able to have turning clearance.

We only have one slider hitch that can give enough clearance for tight turns and thats the Demco Hijacker 13k AutoSlide part # DM8550041. This hitch can slide 22-1/2 inches.

For a rail kit you then would want the Reese Custom install kit part # RP56034-53 which is a custom fit for your truck and is compatible with the Demco hitch.
