Recommended Spare Wheel And Tire Combination For 14
Question:
I need to buy a wheel and tire for a old Budget car dolly for a spare. The wheel is a 14 inch 5 0n 4 and one half bolt pattern 6 inches wide with 4 and one half backspacing. The tire is a ST205/75R14.

For a economical option with 14", 5 on 4-/12" spare wheel and tire combination, I recommend the Taskmaster Provider ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 14" White Spoke Wheel part # TTWA14RWS. A better option for you to consider is our Westlake ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 14" Silver Mod Wheel part # 274-000053. All Westlake tires come equipped with a 5-year warranty and 1-year roadside assistance opposed to the Contender which only features a 2-year warranty.
The backspacing on part # 274-000053 is 3-1/2" from the center of the hub face to the inside of the wheel and 4-1/2" if you measure from the inside hub to the base of the tire. This will be the same if not very similar for the Contender tire and wheel package as well.
I have attached a review video of each tire and wheel combinations for your viewing.
