Recommended Roadmaster Quiet Hitch For 2011 Toyota Tundra CrewMax With Factory Tow Package

Hello, I am considering the purchase of your Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for my 2011 Toyota Tundra Crewmax equipped with factory tow system. I believe the size of Quiet Hitch I need is 2 inch. I measured the inside of the receiver and it does measure 2 inches across or up and down. Is this the correct way to measure or do I need to provide the outside measurement, which is about 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 across or up and down.
