I can't tell you if the Global Link RV Entry Door Latch Kit # 295-000019 fits your 2010 Keystone Raptor because we aren't always able to find exact replacement part numbers for small parts on an RV.
However, I can tell you that it is a direct replacement for the following parts:
Bauer BP-8RV and NE
Fastec (FIC) 43610
Trimark 060-0201 and 060-0251
The latch fits doors that are 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inches thick and cutouts that are 2-1/2 inches wide by 3-1/2 inches tall to 3 inches wide and 4 inches tall.
