For your 2017 Honda Pilot with flush roof rails the best roof rack is the Thule Aeroblade Edge part numbers # TH7603-TH7604 and # THKIT3132 which you referenced. I love this rack design as you get aerodynamic bars which help with wind noise and fuel mileage plus the OEM appearance since the bars do not go through the feet of the rack.
