Can Gooseneck Trailer Hitch be Replaced by a 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch in 2003 Ford F-350.
Question:
Id like to remove my gooseneck hitch and install a standard 5th wheel hitch. I need to know if this will be an issue with the integrity of the hitch and bed of the truck. Is it necessary to use an adaptor or can I remove and install?? I have a Ford f350 2003 long bed.

You can absolutely remove the gooseneck hitch from your 2003 Ford F-350 and install a fifth wheel hitch without any issues.
For your truck you can use the Custom Install Kit # RP50082-58. A custom kit reduces drilling and install time when compared to a universal kit.
