According to the picture you have attached, it doesn't look like your 2012 Ford F-350 is equipped with the factory prep package. The odds are that if you cannot physically see the hitch or pucks in the bed, then you do not have the prep package. I have attached a photo of what your bed would look like if you had a factory prep package on a 2012 Ford F-350.

If you don't have the factory prep package and would like to add the B&W Gooseneck Hitch, you will need part # BWGNRK1111. This is the same hitch installed on Ford trucks from factory on the prep packages. In addition to the Gooseneck Hitch, You can also easily convert your setup to a 5th wheel package with the use of our B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider part # BWRVK3400-5W.

I have attached a few bits of information for your review.

I have a b&w rvb3500 that was in my 2012 f250 ford with a turnover ball. I need to know how to adapt it to my 2020 f350 ford with factory installed goose neck hitch

If your new F-350 is equipped with the factory puck system, what you can do is simply replace your existing Companion Base with part # BWRVB3305. This will attach to the current head unit on your hitch so that it can mount directly to the factory Ford pucks.
