Is Rise Or Drop On Ball Mount Measurement Accurate
Question:
Hi, Im interested in an aluminum ball mount, but my car has a very limited range 0 to 3/4inch maximum rise I noticed a couple listed at 1inch rise available, are these true 1inch rises, or are they just rounded up? Thank you.

The rise or drop for a ball mount is measured from the top of the hitch opening to the base where the ball mounts on the drawbar.
We have a few aluminum ball mounts that have a 1-inch rise like part # EA20, part # DTBM4200. These are made with tight tolerances so you can trust they are accurate.
The hitch ball hole for both of these ball mounts is 1-inch diameter.
