The Curt Q25 fifth wheel hitch part # C16265 that you referenced can be used easily in the bed of your 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 long bed. What you need is a fifth wheel rail kit installed in the bed of your truck though.
For that we have the part # C16420-204 which is a custom fit kit designed for your truck. A custom install rail kit like this will install in about half the time as a universal install rail kit and will minimize drilling.
