Will the subject fifth wheel tailgate fit 2016 F250 Superduty? It came off my old 2003 F250.

It's really pretty hard to say. The tailgate you referenced has been discontinued for so long at this point now that it was never test fit on a 2016 Ford F-250.
We do have the # VG-97-4000 and # VG-97-100 which are a confirmed fit for your truck though so it most likely would fit.
