Is Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Recommended to Carry a Scooter on a 2012 Dodge Caravan

I have a 2012 Dodge Grand caravan stow an go . I have a 4 wheel mobility scooter not a trailer. It has a 2 inch bar. What is the best choice for me . Im a women in case I am not calling the parts right . I have a mechanic to put it on but I ordered one and was sent one for a Subaru thank goodness it was to small. your page is so informative ty. how do I buy yours, I got your name from a guy. thank goodness it has a small square hole. Do you ship or what?

The trailer hitch receiver I recommend for your 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan is the Draw-Tite # 75579. It's confirmed to fit your van, just like the Curt # 13364 you had referenced. However, the Curt hitch requires you use the support strap # 18050 to be compliant with the hitch's warranty when carrying non-trailer loads like your scooter.
The Draw-Tite doesn't require the strap like the Curt hitch does.
