7-Way Recommendation for 2003 Ford F-150 with 4-Way

I have a 2003 Ford F150 with factory 4 flat connector and want to go to a 7 way. What all would I need to do this?

All you need to install a 7-way on your 2003 Ford F-150 that currently as a factory 4-way is the Tekonsha 7-way Kit part # 118242. This comes with everything you'll need to complete the install.
