The SportRack Pop-Up Camper Roof Rack - Square Crossbars - Steel # SR1020 has telescoping bars that are adjustable between 80, 83 or 86 inches long. It has 4 roof-rack feet that prmanently bolt to the roof of your pop-up camper and all parts needed for installation are included. They will fit pop-up campers with a maximum width of 85-1/2 inches. The rack will add 3 inches of height to your roof. You can adjust the distance between the crossbars prior to assembly and I recommend centering the crossbar spread on your roof. These bars have a 200 lb capacity.
The SportRack Mooring Stacker Kayak Carrier SR5324 you referenced will work fine with your pop-up camper and crossbars as long as the minimum crossbar spread is 24 inches on center. This has been discontinued, so I recommend the Malone Stax Pro Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - Post Style - Folding - Clamp On - 2 Kayaks # MPG115MD. This also has the folding option.
