I have a solution for you, however, unfortunately, the Titan 3-Position Adjustable Channel Bracket, # T0897800, is a bolt on application.

If you are needing a weld-on bracket, the Demco 4-Hole Adjustable Channel Bracket, # DM66736, is what I recommend.

While we don't have the Wallace Forge version of the 20000 lbs. clevis mount with six hole bracket, we do have the Demco version, parts #DM12676-30 and #DM59602. According to my contact at Demco, their clevis mounts are made in the USA.
