Can I stack two high on part# Andersen Camper Wheel Chock and Leveler Item # AM3604 to gain extra height for motorhome leveling?

I wouldn't recommend stacking the levelers by doubling them up. We have the part # EZ-JACK which is much taller at 6 inches.
