The Titan Disc Brake Kit and BrakeRite Electric-Hydraulic Actuator - Tandem, 3,500-lb Axle # T4843800 is an excellent system that works seamlessly together. The 2006 Ford F-350 Superduty DRW does fall into the category where Ford's factory integrated controller does not work consistantly. I've atttached the technical bullitin that goes along with this issue.

The solution is to simply use an aftermarket brake controller and have your local Ford dealer turn off the TBC. This will remove the fault code and the process can be reversed should you ever desire to turn the brake controller back on.

For a compatible brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This is an extremely easy to use controller that has an LCD screen. It takes code deciphering out of the equation and is adjustable for your preferences. This controller connects to your dash using the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Ford # 3065-P. I have linked a page to all the brake controllers that will work with EOH systems for your convenience.
