The Curt Wiring Harness # C55353 that you referenced will fit the following vehicles:
1987 - 1995 Nissan Pathfinder
1987 - 1997 Nissan Pickup
1986 - 1986 Nissan Pickup D21 Hardbody
The correct wiring harness for your 2017 Nissan Rogue is the Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59236. You will need to run the 12V power wire up to the battery and install the fuse as well. The great thing about this kit is that it draws its power from the battery instead of the tail lights. This makes it so that all of your lights are a little brighter.
