I do have a couple possible solutions for you, however a fifth wheel installation kit like the Curt # C16420-204 referenced in your question cannot be installed along with a gooseneck hitch as both systems will require the same mounting space on your Dodge Ram's frame.
If you are needing to tow a 5th-wheel trailer with your B&W Gooseneck Hitch, I recommend looking at the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500-5W if you have an 8 foot bed or the # BWRVK3400-5W Slider if you have a 6 foot bed on your Dodge Ram. These hitches are designed to mount to the B&W under bed gooseneck mounting system like what you have on your truck. With the hitch installed, you will be able to tow a 5th-wheel hitch while retaining the gooseneck system on your vehicle if you plan on towing different trailers.
Another option is the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter # 16310. This adapter is designed to install in the square ball hole of the B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch to get above-bed base rails for a 5th-wheel trailer hitch. Once installed, you will have base rails in your truck bed that are compatible with most standard 5th-wheel trailer hitches like the Curt Q20 # C16130.
I have attached video demonstrations on both of these products for you to review.
