Question:
I have a 2006 chevy Silverado 1500 ,it has a factory hitch on it,it has a rust hole in the tube on drivers side just before the bracket , , it is 2-1/2inch rd . My trailer is rated at 7600 loaded and a TW of 794lbs. Will the Curt #13322 work? I have a Equilizer weight distribution for trailer, or is too close? I already ordered the13322 and now I am thinking I should have got a class v

Expert Reply:
The Curt hitch you ordered part # 13322 has a capacity of 10k when used with a weight distribution system so your trailer that weighs 7,600 lbs loaded would easily work with this hitch. You will have to be sure to use the weight distribution system you have though at all times.
The # C15323 does have much higher capacities and would also work but would not be needed for your setup as long as you use the WD sytem.
