Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2016 Lincoln MKX

If your trailer hitch is installed on a 2016 Lincoln mkx, will it interfere with foot motion that opens and closes the back door of the vehicle? Thanks.

On a vehicle that has rear lift gate sensors to automatically open the rear hatch or trunk, hitch installation can sometimes block one or more of the centrally positioned sensors. This means that to activate this function after hitch installation you will just want to use the sensors on the outside portions of the rear bumper.
