The difference between the # 523181-4 and the # 523181-5 is the plate for quick release adapter bar on the EZ4 versus integrated quick connect on the EZ5. The Roadmaster EZ series base plates will only work with Roadmaster tow bars that slide into a trailer hitch like your Falcon 2, so either will be compatible. For installation, I recommend using the Loctite Threadlocker 262 - High Strength - Up to 3/4" Nuts/Bolts - 0.20-Fl-Oz Tube # LT37420. If you need the safety cables for you tow bar, I recommend the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643. You may also be interested in a locking hitch pin like # e98882.

For your vehicle wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This will give you the ability to utilize your factory wiring to flat tow your Cruze while protecting the system. This wiring will give you a clean 6-way at your front bumper to allow you to utilize the functions not found in the 4 way connections like brakes and power.

For your supplemental braking system, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This will use the wiring of your 6-way connection to simply connect to your Cruze. This system uses an inertia sensor to detect deceleration and signals the system to activeate the brake pedal with proportionate amount of pressure. This system is a favorite of our installers because of the ease of install and the functionality as there is no adjustment needed following install so this becomes a plug and play unit.

You may also need a high-low adapter for your application. I have attached an article to help as well as linked the page to your options.

Let me know if you need anything else.
