Gooseneck Hitch for 2017 Ram 3500 8-Foot Bed

Am convicted nced to get Reese Goose Box installed on my 5th wheel. But what is best setup to mount in bed of truck? Thanks

A Reese Goose Box replacement pin box like # RP85FR allows towing a 5th wheel trailer with a truck that has a goose neck hitch in the bed. Goose Boxes are custom-fit items that are intended to replace specific OEM pin boxes; the unit referenced above replaces a Lippert 1621, 1621HD or 0719 pin box. All such items are shown on the linked page. You can check your pin box number to see if one of these units is available to replace yours.
For a gooseneck hitch for your long-bed without factory rail kit I suggest the USA-made B&W kit # BWGNRK1314. You can see the installation in your same truck by clicking on the linked video. The ball will store in the hitch when not in use. For an in-bed wiring harness use part # C56000, which is a simple plug-in install at your factory 7-way.
