For your 2010 Honda CR-V both light-duty 1-1/4-inch hitches and medium-duty 2-inch hitches are available and shown on the linked page. The 2-inch hitch is a better option because it has a higher capacity and because there will be more choices for accessories in this larger size. I suggest the Draw-Tite # 75547 which installs without drilling using the included hardware kit.
