My truck is a 2016 Ford F250, 6.7L diesel, 4x4 short bed with a under bed rail kit Reese 30126. Im looking for a Firestone air bag system. Has model 2703 superseded model 2535?

For your 2016 Ford F-250 4x4 short bed with 6.7L diesel, I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F2703 over the # F2597 option because of the capacity difference in adjustment. These bags allow up to 150 psi.
If you are interested in having air accessible at all times, you can use the Firestone Air Command I Compressor System with Analog Gauge and Heavy Duty Compressor - Single Path # F2097 or the Firestone Air Command II - Analog - Heavy Duty Compressor & Air Tank - Dual Function - 150 psi # F2168.
