For a 2003 Subaru Outback Wagon, the only Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver is the # 36284. This hitch receiver will fit the following vehicles:
2000 - 2004 Subaru Outback Sedan All Models
2000 - 2004 Subaru Outback Wagon excluding Sport
2000 - 2004 Subaru Legacy Sedan and Wagon
You will also want to get the # RHK hardware kit required to reinstall hitch.
