What size are the holes? The swivel hole appears much larger than the bunk attachment holes.

The CE Smith Swivel Bracket for Boat Trailers - Aluminum - 2-1/2" Hole Centers - Qty 1 # CE10206AA has a 1/2 inch diameter swivel mounting hole. The flange mounting holes are 3/8 inch diameter. The holes on either side of the swivel mounting hole is 1/4 inch diameter.
