Recommended Suspension Enhancement For Lift On 2004 Weekend Warrier Toy Hauler LE 3105
Question:
I have a 5th wheel 2004 Weekend Warrior toy hauler LE 3105. My truck is lifted the axles are already flipped but still not riding level, I want to rebuild the suspension and obtain max lift. Existing equalizer is 7 3/4inch ctr to ctr where the springs attach, with a 2 1/2inch rise to the center hole. Springs measure 26, shackle straps 2 1/2. Im on the fence whether or not to replace the springs but I figure why not since its all apart. Ive attached a snap shot of the shopping chart with parts I think will work its just a starting point not knowing if these parts will all work together. Am I on the right track?

You are on the right track. The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers - Double Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 6K to 8K # LC279688 will give you a suspension enhancement and give you a little bit of a rise. With this system you will need 14 wet bolts # 126B2 (8 for shackle straps, 2 for equilizers, and 4 for springs) so you are right on that. These are compatible with the # e94SR leaf springs. It is recommended that you tack weld your axle where the springs ride when you flip the axles, so if you haven't done that, when you replace the springs is a great time to do that. The shackle straps you will need 8 straps 2-1/2 inches or 2-5/8 inches (you can use your old ones or # 115052) and 8 straps 3-1/2 inches # TRSL350.
When lifting a trailer, you do want to make sure you account for a different center of gravity. You will have increased body roll as you increase height.
